Romeo Juliet - A tragedy that still breathes

Few works of literature have captured the ache of young love and the cruelty of fate as powerfully as Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Though written centuries ago, the play still feels alive, echoing with raw emotion each time I return to its pages. What strikes me most is not just the story of two star-crossed lovers, but the way Shakespeare distills the intensity of youth—the recklessness, the purity of passion, and the belief that love can defy every boundary. Romeo and Juliet speak in poetry, but their feelings are painfully human. Every whispered vow, every hurried decision carries the weight of truth. Yet, at its heart, this play is more than a love story. It is a meditation on society, on the destructive force of hatred, and on how innocence is often the first casualty of pride. The feud between the Montagues and Capulets is not just a backdrop—it is the very shadow that swallows light. And still, despite its tragic end, Romeo and Juliet lingers with beauty. The language sings. ...

Bridgerton - The most beloved book

There are books that entertain, and then there are books that completely sweep you away. Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton belongs to the latter. Within a week, I found myself lost in the world of the Bridgerton family, turning page after page until three entire seasons of stories had passed like a dream. Quinn’s writing is nothing short of enchanting. Her words carry a charm that makes the Regency era come alive—ballrooms glow with candlelight, conversations sparkle with wit, and every stolen glance between lovers feels like a secret shared with the reader. What I adored most was the humanity of her characters. The Bridgerton siblings are flawed, witty, and fiercely protective of one another, which makes them not only relatable but unforgettable. Though widely celebrated as romance, these novels offer so much more. Beneath the gowns and whispered courtships lie themes of vulnerability, dignity, and the quiet strength of women navigating a world shaped by society’s expectations. Each story felt...

Why I love reading books!

Reading makes me feel like I’m not just turning pages I’m living inside them. I empathize deeply with the protagonists, feel their pain, joy, and hope as if it were my own. That’s what makes reading so personal to me. I’m especially drawn to romantic books  stories that hold warmth, vulnerability, and the belief that love still matters. They give me comfort, especially when I feel low. In those moments when emotions feel heavy and tangled, books help me escape that swamp-like feeling and breathe a little easier. I don’t need a special place or time to read. Whether it's morning or midnight, whether I’m on a bench or in bed when I read, I’m elsewhere. In that moment, I feel most like myself, free from the weight of reality’s harshness. Books offer me more than distraction  they offer me understanding, healing, and sometimes even hope. ~ That’s why I keep reading not to escape life, but to reconnect with the gentler parts of it.

About me

Hi, I'm Saru, an 18 year old BCA student currently studying in Coimbatore. I'm someone who finds joy in structure and flow not just in life, but in lines of code. My passion lies in coding, and I’m working steadily toward my dream of becoming a full stack developer in a renowned company. Outside of academics, you’ll often find me curled up with a book. Reading is my escape, my way of understanding the world and myself better. Whether it’s fiction or tech blogs, I enjoy exploring new ideas and seeing the world through different perspectives. I consider myself a kind person not the kind that only smiles when it’s easy, but someone who chooses softness even when faced with coldness. I believe in speaking to people, even when they don’t speak kindly to me. Not because I’m weak, but because I see no use in carrying grudges or ego. In fact, I’m often the icebreaker in most situations. Holding on to warmth matters more to me than holding on to pride. My goal isn’t just to master progr...

Whispers of the future - Generative AI

What Is Generative AI? – A Journey Through Its History and Rise We are living in a world where machines can now create. From writing poetry and designing art to composing music and even generating code this is the magic of Generative AI (Gen AI). But what is it really, and how did it evolve into the powerful force we see today? What Is Generative AI? Generative AI refers to a type of artificial intelligence that can produce new data or content that resembles the data it was trained on. Unlike traditional AI models, which are mostly focused on classification and prediction, generative models aim to create something entirely new be it text, images, audio, or even video. These models learn from large datasets and use patterns to generate human-like responses or original designs. A Glimpse Into Its History The concept of machines "thinking" or "creating" dates back to the 1950s, when pioneers like Alan Turing and John McCarthy introduced early ideas of machine learning ...

Code Meets Aesthetic | My full stack developer journey

My Journey Begins: Becoming a Full Stack Developer  Hey there! I’m Saru, a second-year college student, and this is the start of my journey to becoming a full stack developer not for fame, not for grades, but for me. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved decorating things, making things look pretty, neat, and put together. Whether it was arranging my desk, editing my notes, or creating aesthetic slides design has always made me feel alive  That’s why I’m drawn to full stack development. I want to design beautiful things and then build them too front to back, line by line, pixel by pixel. This blog will be my little digital diary. No pressure. No perfection. Just progress.
